Full job description
The Customer Delivery Manager oversees end-to-end delivery across Media, Creative, Smart Services, Creative Delivery, and SparkWorks. Responsibilities include managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, maintaining alignment on priorities and deliverables, identifying risks, resolving blockers, and ensuring quality and consistency of creative outputs. The role requires 3+ years of project management and digital advertising experience with a media background in social/programmatic. Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel is required. The position operates on a hybrid setup with NORAM working hours (8:00pm to 5:00am). Key tasks include managing the creative delivery process, collaborating with internal teams, reporting, QA checks, campaign structure building, and ensuring efficient delivery of creative strategies.
