Full job description

Customer Care Intern role based in Gurgaon, India (Hybrid). Contract duration: 6 months. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries via email and chat, providing accurate information on products and policies, resolving issues with empathy, documenting interactions in CRM/Salesforce, collaborating with departments, participating in training, and supporting administrative tasks. Requirements: degree in Business, Communications or related field, excellent communication skills, exposure to AI tools, problem-solving skills, teamwork, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM is a plus, positive attitude and willingness to learn. Shift: EMEA 12:30 PM IST - 09:30 PM IST.

What you'll do

  • Assist the customer care team in managing customer inquiries via email and chat
  • Understand Criteo's policies & tools and provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Document and track customer interactions using CRM/Salesforce
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exposure to AI tools and technologies
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
