Requires 3-7 years experience in CRM administration or related technical operations, hands-on experience with CRM platforms and workflow automation, knowledge of AI tools and automation platforms, experience with APIs and low-code/no-code tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects independently. Requirements
3–7 years of experience in CRM administration, systems management, operations technology, or a related technical operations role
Hands-on experience administering CRM platforms and building workflow automations
Experience designing scalable operational processes and lifecycle automations
Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and intelligent workflow solutions
Experience working with APIs, system integrations, or low-code/no-code automation platforms
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
