Smadex, a Barcelona-based Demand Side Platform, is seeking a Creative Strategy Manager to bridge creative excellence and campaign performance for high-value advertisers. The role involves analyzing creative performance data, building client-facing proposals, partnering with Product on creative tools, and developing playbooks for UA, retargeting, and CTV campaigns. Responsibilities include cross-functional leadership between Account Management, Creative Development, and Ad Operations, managing workflows, leading creative briefings, supporting client conversations, and maintaining a creative performance repository. Required qualifications include 5+ years in mobile advertising or performance marketing, deep knowledge of creative formats, experience with data-driven strategic recommendations, cross-functional collaboration skills, and strong presentation abilities. Preferred experience includes programmatic advertising platforms, gaming industry knowledge, creative production workflows, and data visualization skills. The position is full-time, hybrid (2 days remote), located in Barcelona, and offers a competitive compensation package with various benefits including meal vouchers, gym allowance, and team events.
