Full job description

Creative Strategist role based in Barcelona with hybrid work model. Responsible for strategic creative partnerships, client engagement, storytelling, collaboration, and innovation. Requires around 5 years experience in digital advertising, strong creative thinking, storytelling, communication skills, and familiarity with digital advertising channels and AI tools. What you'll do

  • Act as trusted creative partner for top-tier clients to improve creative quality and support business growth
  • Translate client context, performance data, and market signals into actionable creative recommendations
  • Connect creative ideas to business metrics like ROI, KPIs, and client goals
  • Support new business and agency conversations with strong creative thinking
  • Build and deliver client-facing materials such as demos, mockups, proposal decks, and presentations
  • Engage directly with clients and agencies, leading conversations and influencing decisions
  • Build strong relationships with commercial and client stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Creative, Product, and other teams to move projects forward
  • Design and run creative experiments, define hypotheses, test formats, and act on results
  • Stay ahead of cultural shifts, emerging formats, competitor trends, and consumer behaviors
  • Leverage AI tools actively and creatively in daily work

Requirements

  • Around 5 years of experience in digital advertising from agency, brand, media, or technology company
  • Strong creative thinker and storyteller
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystem including social, display, video, retail media, and performance marketing
  • Excellent communicator able to build trust and simplify complex ideas
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Combine creative instinct with data and insights using analytics, testing, and performance signals
  • Curious, adaptable, and interested in AI and emerging technologies
