Full job description

StackAdapt seeks a Creative Strategist to provide creative direction, strategy, and performance recommendations to improve client campaign KPIs. Responsibilities include managing the creative request lifecycle, collaborating with production teams, designing modular creative frameworks for programmatic scaling, and directing Generative AI tools to ensure brand integrity. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, creative strategy, or art direction, with strong client communication skills and experience in digital ad creation. Additional skills in programmatic, HTML, CSS, Javascript, or fluency in French are a plus. This is a full-time remote role open to candidates in Canada, based in Vancouver. What you'll do

  • Provide creative direction, strategy, and performance recommendations backed by data and experience to improve client campaign KPIs
  • Develop and optimize workflows and templates to eliminate manual repetitive effort
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on all things creative to support Sales team in winning, growing, and retaining clients
  • Direct the use of Generative AI tools, acting as the 'human-in-the-loop' to audit and refine machine outputs for brand integrity
  • Manage the creative request lifecycle from initial brief to final asset delivery, ensuring multiple projects are completed on time and on spec
  • Collaborate with Production Team to deliver innovative ad creatives that match client guidelines, surpass expectations and drive campaign performance
  • Design modular creative frameworks that allow for programmatic scaling of ad variations across diverse channels

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, creative strategy, or art direction
  • Graphic design experience is a bonus; please provide work samples if you have them
  • Proven creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling concepts
  • Demonstrated strategic planning and prioritization skills, focusing on high-leverage work to drive client KPIs
  • Experience creating ads, campaigns, or promotional content for digital channels including social media, email newsletters, websites, paid advertising
  • Exceptional client relationship and communication skills when presenting strategic recommendations and managing feedback
  • Familiarity with directing Generative AI models and critique/redirection of machine-generated creative work
  • Additional consideration for candidates with advanced experience in programmatic, HTML, CSS, or Javascript
  • Fluency in French is a plus
