Smartly seeks a Creative Operations Knowledge Migration Intern to support operational documentation, knowledge resources, communications, and training materials for a product and workflow migration. The role involves working cross-functionally to translate operational changes into clear resources, auditing existing documentation, identifying content gaps, supporting content governance, tracking dependencies, coordinating training sessions, and assisting with migration-readiness initiatives. Candidates should have interest or experience in instructional design, communications, technical writing, training, or knowledge management, strong writing and presentation skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. This internship runs approximately 30 hours per week from October 6 through December 17, 2026, based in Chicago, Illinois.

Requirements
