Full job description

SMADEX, a Barcelona-born Demand Side Platform, is hiring a Creative Design Analyst to join the growth squad. The role involves designing mobile ads to enhance client campaigns. Responsibilities include improving client creatives, designing banners, videos, and playable ads, generating interactive ads using HTML, CSS, and Javascript, and keeping up with mobile design trends. Requirements include good conversational English, graphic design skills, proficiency with Adobe Creative tools (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere), basic HTML, CSS, Javascript knowledge, and motivation to learn. Bonus points for MRAID and VAST knowledge. The position offers a hybrid work model with a great compensation package, team-building activities, learning opportunities, health insurance, summer Fridays, and potential travel to Barcelona HQ. Candidates must have legal work permits for the Philippines as no visa sponsorship is provided.

What you'll do

  • Improve existing client creatives to align with their vision and strategic insights
  • Design new banners, videos and playable ads from scratch for certain clients
  • Generate interactive ads (rich media) with HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Stay on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the mobile design field

Requirements

  • Good conversational English level
  • Good graphic design skills
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Creative tools (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript is a MUST
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn
