Full job description

SMADEX, a Barcelona-born Demand Side Platform, is hiring a Creative Design Analyst to join the growth squad. The role involves designing mobile ads to enhance client campaigns. Responsibilities include improving client creatives, designing banners, videos, and playable ads, generating interactive ads using HTML, CSS, and Javascript, and staying updated on mobile design trends. Requirements include good English, graphic design skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative tools, basic HTML/CSS/Javascript knowledge, motivation to learn, and legal work permit in the Philippines. Bonus knowledge of MRAID and VAST. The position offers a hybrid work model with benefits including compensation, team-building, training, travel opportunities to Barcelona HQ, health insurance, and summer Fridays.

What you'll do

  • Improve existing client creatives to align with their vision and strategic insights
  • Design new banners, videos and playable ads from scratch for certain clients
  • Generate interactive ads (rich media) with HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Stay updated on the latest standards, changes, and trends in the mobile design field

Requirements

  • Good conversational English level
  • Good graphic design skills
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Creative tools (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn
  • Legal permit to work in the Philippines (no visa sponsorship)
