Proven experience driving commercial growth and leading high-performing sales or commercial teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong network across UK agency holding groups, advertisers, and senior decision-makers within the digital advertising ecosystem
Demonstrated success selling digital advertising or AdTech solutions and developing strategic client partnerships
Strong understanding of the UK digital advertising landscape, including programmatic, planning, trading, and emerging industry trends
Excellent commercial, strategic, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders
Experience managing commercial performance, forecasting, and business planning
Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset
Fluent English
