Full job description

RTB House seeks a VP-level sales leader for the Korean market with 15+ years experience, including 10 years in direct online sales (preferably e-commerce) and 5+ years managing teams of 10+. Responsibilities include designing business unit strategy, driving revenue growth, expanding client portfolio, representing the company at events, leading and mentoring teams, and reporting to Regional Director. Required skills include knowledge of retargeting and RTB models, strong business network, sales forecasting, relationship building, entrepreneurial mindset, and fluency in English. Location: Seoul, South Korea.

What you'll do

  • Design the short and long term business unit strategy as an expert of the Korean market and advertising ecosystem
  • Drive revenue growth by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and client-focused solutions within the teams
  • Leverage network to meet C-Level executives, identify new business opportunities and drive client portfolio increase
  • Represent the company by attending local events
  • Lead, train and mentor teams by setting clear goals and embodying company values
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership team and other countries in a matrix company
  • Report on sales performance, financial status and budget variance to the Regional Director based in HQ

Requirements

  • 15+ years experience
  • 10 years of experience in direct sales working in the online environment (preferably e-commerce) in the Korean market
  • 5+ years proven management experience managing a team of 10+ individuals
  • Business network, used to present to C level executives
  • Knowledge of retargeting and RTB model
  • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce and online advertising markets in the Korean market
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast sales and build sales plans
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to develop the business
  • Self-motivation, initiative, and high energy
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Fluency in English
