Full job description
Lead PubMatic’s Central European business (DACH & Poland) with full strategic and commercial ownership. Define and execute growth strategy, drive revenue growth, and transition business to AI-powered, data-driven model. Lead new business acquisition and strategic account development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring AI-driven capabilities to market. Ensure operational excellence, optimize performance using data and market intelligence, and represent the company in the industry. Build and scale high-performing teams fostering an inclusive culture. Requirements include proven sales leadership, deep programmatic advertising knowledge, established DACH network, data-driven mindset, experience with AI tools, team building, and fluency in German and English.
What you'll do
- Define and lead PubMatic’s strategy across central European markets (DACH & Poland)
- Drive ambitious revenue growth and transition business to AI-powered, data-driven future
- Lead new business acquisition and strategic account development
- Help clients harness AI-driven solutions and advanced data insights
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Legal teams
- Drive operational excellence, high productivity, and exceptional client experience
- Use data and market intelligence to optimize performance and deliver forecasts
- Represent PubMatic as an industry leader and champion innovation
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture
Requirements
- Proven success leading regional sales strategies, owning P&L, and delivering sustained revenue growth
- Deep understanding of programmatic advertising and digital media ecosystem
- Established network within the DACH digital advertising ecosystem
- Track record of building trusted, senior-level partnerships and unlocking new business
- Data-driven mindset with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and leveraging CRM, BI tools, and dashboards
- Confidence working with AI-powered tools and insights
- Experience building, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams
- Experience representing an organisation at industry events or forums
- Proven ability to lead through organisational growth, transformation, or market expansion
- Experience operating within an international, matrix-structured organisation
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
