Counsel, Commercial role in New York on a hybrid schedule. Focus on commercial contract negotiations, contract structuring, and simplifying complex legal matters in an Ad Tech environment. Responsibilities include negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, providing legal guidance on commercial matters and emerging AI-driven products, translating complex legal concepts for stakeholders, managing compliance and risk related to privacy and advertising regulations, collaborating with product, sales, marketing, and engineering teams. Requirements include J.D. and bar admission, 2-7 years relevant experience, commercial contracting expertise including data protection and privacy, comfort with generative AI tools, strong negotiation, communication, and legal judgment skills.
