Requirements include J.D. and bar admission, 2-7 years relevant experience, commercial contracting and privacy contracting expertise, comfort with generative AI tools, strong negotiation, communication, and legal judgment skills. Hybrid work schedule based in New York. Salary range $200,000 to $250,000 USD plus bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
