Full job description

Corporate Tax Intern position starting January 2027 at Criteo in Paris, France. The role involves working within the Group Tax Department on varied national and international corporate tax matters, with a strong focus on international tax. Responsibilities include assisting regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM) on corporate tax and transfer pricing issues, supporting external growth operations, digital sector taxes, R&D and intellectual property tax regimes, regulatory monitoring related to OECD reforms and digital sector, transfer pricing policy implementation and monitoring, tax audits, and drafting transfer pricing documentation. Candidate should be pursuing or have completed Master 2 in Tax Law or equivalent, be a CRFPA or EFB student (PPI internship), have strong English skills, and ideally have experience in an international tax department or law firm. What you'll do

  • Assist and advise regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM) on all tax issues (corporate tax and transfer pricing)
  • Provide technical assistance on specific points related to external growth operations
  • Assist on taxes related to the digital sector
  • Assist on tax regimes related to R&D and intellectual property (research tax credit, Patent box)
  • Regulatory monitoring especially on OECD reform and all aspects related to the digital sector (OECD Pillars 1 and 2, European Directives, etc.)
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of transfer pricing policy
  • Handle tax audits
  • Draft transfer pricing documentation

Requirements

  • Formation Bac + 5 : Master 2 Droit Fiscal/DJCE/école de commerce
  • Élève en cours de CRFPA ou déjà à l’EFB (stage PPI)
  • Très bon niveau d'anglais nécessaire (tant à l’écrit ou à l’oral)
  • Une expérience au sein d’une direction fiscale internationale ou au sein d’un cabinet d’avocat à envergure internationale seraient un plus
