Full job description
Corporate Counsel role requiring 5-7 years experience in corporate governance, contract law, and legal compliance for SaaS businesses. Responsibilities include managing financial and tax filings, drafting and negotiating subscription and intercompany agreements, leveraging governmental incentives, incorporating international subsidiaries, drafting board resolutions, and supporting fundraising activities. Requires LLB from UK university, knowledge of global data privacy laws, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Location: Lahore, Pakistan. Full-time position.
What you'll do
- Coordinate preparation and filing of annual financial returns, corporation tax returns, VAT returns, R&D tax credit applications, and service provider utilization disclosures
- Understand and manage subscription and data licensing agreements for SaaS businesses, including drafting, negotiating, and amending agreements
