Full job description

The role is within Digital Strategy & Experience at MNTN Engineering, focusing on customer-experience content including Help Centers, release notes, micro-tutorials, support procedures, in-app copy, internal knowledge, and change communications. Responsibilities include owning content for a product portfolio, leading content readiness for product launches, creating clear explanations for product changes, partnering on in-app guidance, managing content coverage and gap-closure, turning complex product information into clear guidance, building language standards, and tracking content performance. Requires 4+ years in content design, strategy, or technical writing in SaaS, strong writing and editing skills, technical acumen to review engineering documentation, experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams, knowledge of AI content requirements, fluency in multiple content formats, and ability to work independently. The position is full-time and remote, based in the United States.
