Full job description

Manage day-to-day project operations including timelines, deliverables tracking, and stakeholder follow-ups. Coordinate billing cycles, invoice processing, and financial documentation. Maintain project documentation, status reports, and internal dashboards. Handle vendor coordination, purchase orders, and operational procurement. Coordinate briefing sessions with creative teams and ensure alignment on project vision. Manage creative project workflows from brief to execution, tracking milestones and dependencies. Liaise with cross-functional teams to enable integrated creative solutions. Support documentation of innovation campaigns and creative case studies. Track creative production timelines, resource allocation, and budget adherence. Conduct secondary research to support client proposals and strategic recommendations. Prepare presentations, reports, and client-facing materials. Coordinate internal meetings, client calls, and project check-ins. Requirements: 1-2 years experience in consulting, operations, or business support roles, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools, strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, self-starter, research skills, understanding of creative workflows and billing/invoicing processes is a plus, interest in innovation and technology.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate briefing sessions with creative teams (copywriters, art directors, innovation leads) and ensure alignment on project vision
  • Manage creative project workflows from brief to concept to execution, tracking milestones and dependencies
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (strategy, data, technology, media) to enable integrated creative solutions
  • Support documentation of innovation campaigns and creative case studies for awards submissions and internal knowledge sharing
  • Track creative production timelines, resource allocation, and budget adherence
  • Conduct secondary research to support client proposals, pitches, and strategic recommendations
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and client-facing materials
  • Coordinate internal meetings, client calls, and project check-ins

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in consulting, operations, or business support roles (agency/consulting background preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft clear, compelling briefs
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with sharp attention to detail
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Research skills and ability to synthesize information quickly
  • Understanding of creative workflows and agency processes is a plus
  • Understanding of billing/invoicing processes is a plus
  • Interest in innovation, technology, and creative problem-solving
