Consultant Salesforce Marketing Cloud full-time position in Paris. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing marketing and business needs, conducting discovery workshops, translating business requirements into Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, designing omnichannel customer journeys (email, SMS, push), configuring and deploying campaigns using Journey Builder and Email Studio, ensuring quality targeting and content, managing CRM and marketing automation projects, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring schedules and deliverables, defining and tracking campaign KPIs, analyzing results and recommending optimizations, improving CRM systems and customer journeys, training users, staying updated on Salesforce and CRM best practices, and proposing innovations. Requirements: Higher education in marketing, digital or IT (Bac+3 to Bac+5), initial experience in CRM, marketing automation or digital campaign management, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement certification (Email Specialist and/or Administrator), knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, understanding of CRM, data and omnichannel customer journeys, ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, excellent interpersonal and client service skills, strong digital affinity, organizational skills, multitasking ability, attention to detail, and good written and spoken English.
