Full job description

InMobi Advertising is seeking a mid-level HR Operations and Payroll Support professional with 2-4 years of experience. Responsibilities include handling employee queries related to HR operations, payroll, and employee lifecycle processes; ensuring adherence to HR policies and SLAs; coordinating monthly payroll inputs for India, EMEA, and APAC regions; collaborating with payroll vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies; supporting full-and-final settlements; and managing background and employment verification activities. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, and a strong understanding of HR operations and payroll processes. The role is full-time and on-site in Bangalore, India.

What you'll do

  • Handle employee queries related to HR operations, payroll, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Ensure adherence to HR processes, policies, and operational SLAs
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, reimbursements, and employee data changes for India, EMEA, APAC regions
  • Collaborate with payroll vendors/internal payroll teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and queries
  • Support full-and-final settlement processes
  • Manage and coordinate background verification and employment verification activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll support
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll processes, and employee lifecycle management
