The Compensation Manager, Compensation Analytics & Equity, based in Gurgaon, India, is responsible for enabling global compensation programs through advanced analytics, compensation modeling, process optimization, equity administration, and operational excellence. Key duties include developing analytical models for workforce planning and compensation strategy, building dashboards and executive reports, performing statistical analyses on pay equity and salary structures, and supporting global equity programs. The role requires expertise in Workday, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and collaboration with HRIS and other departments. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, 5-7 years of progressive compensation experience in global organizations, strong analytical and modeling skills, and experience with equity administration and HRIS systems. Build dashboards and executive reporting providing insights into pay positioning, market competitiveness, internal equity, compression, compensation investments, and workforce trends
Develop recurring executive dashboards and KPI reporting supporting Compensation leadership and executive decision making
Perform statistical analyses supporting pay equity, salary structures, geographic differentials, merit budgets, promotional increases, and other compensation initiatives
Translate complex compensation data into actionable business insights and recommendations
Serve as the functional expert for compensation reporting, dashboard development, and data visualization using Workday reporting, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and future technologies
Partner with HRIS to improve reporting automation, data quality, integrations, workflows, and compensation technology capabilities
Support administration of Criteo's global equity programs in partnership with the Equity Specialist
Lead grant reporting, reconciliations, data validation, employee communications, and operational controls
Develop reporting, dashboards, and analytics supporting equity utilization, participation, vesting, burn rate, dilution, grant history, forecasting, share reserve management, and overall program effectiveness
Build analytical models supporting equity planning, share reserve management, and grant forecasting
Support annual equity grant cycles, new hire grants, promotional grants, retention awards, and other equity related processes
Partner with Legal, Payroll, Finance, HRIS, and external vendors to ensure efficient administration and governance
Continuously improve equity administration processes through automation, reporting enhancements, documentation, and operational excellence
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Criteo's global compensation programs and annual compensation processes
Partner with the Compensation Manager, Broad-Based Compensation by providing analytical support, modeling, reporting, and data validation throughout annual compensation cycles
Provide operational support and business continuity across compensation processes as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, or another quantitative discipline
5–7 years of progressive compensation experience within a global organization
Strong experience supporting global compensation programs across multiple countries and regions preferred
Experience with equity administration or employee equity programs preferred
Advanced compensation modeling experience
Strong experience working with large data sets
Experience with Workday or other HRIS systems
Experience working in multinational organizations preferred
Experience developing dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
Strong analytical modeling skills with the ability to synthesize large and complex data sets into meaningful insights and recommendations
Exceptional attention to data governance and reporting accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex analytical findings in a clear and actionable manner
