Full job description
The Commercial Excellence Lead will support Merkle’s Commercial Excellence team by providing insights and recommendations to help manage and grow the business. Responsibilities include developing client and portfolio intelligence, supporting revenue and pipeline planning, monitoring commercial performance, delivering executive reporting, enabling commercial processes, driving adoption of commercial practices, partnering across functions, and maintaining operational and data discipline. Requires 5+ years experience in commercial or sales operations, strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, advanced Excel skills, and experience with BI, CRM, or revenue platforms such as Power BI and Salesforce. Excellent communication skills are essential. Salary range: $114,425-$132,750.
