Commercial Counsel role based in New York City with a hybrid schedule (Monday/Friday remote, Tuesday-Thursday in-office). Responsibilities include leading contract negotiations, drafting and advising on technology and commercial agreements, providing legal support on privacy, data, and security initiatives, improving contracting processes, and supporting special projects. Requires 6+ years of relevant legal experience in a top law firm or in-house, expertise in technology, digital advertising, data/privacy, or intellectual property, excellent business judgment, leadership skills, and a license to practice law in California or New York. Salary range is $185,000 to $215,000 with eligibility for annual bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits including healthcare, time off, 401k, and more.
