Commerce Delivery Lead

What you'll do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of product development initiatives
• Define delivery scope, goals, and deliverables supporting business goals with client management and stakeholders
• Develop detailed delivery plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery requirements are understood and met
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders with regular updates and status reports
• Facilitate meetings and discussions to drive decision-making and resolve delivery issues
• Manage changes to delivery scope and schedule
• Ensure deliveries are on time and within scope
• Conduct post-delivery evaluations and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with product management to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Report and escalate to Programme Management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a Commerce Delivery Lead in a technology-driven environment
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project)
• Experience in product management, including product lifecycle management and roadmap development
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and monitoring tools (Bamboo / Jenkins or similar, Grafana / OpenSearch or similar) is a plus
• E-Commerce experience
