Full job description
The Collections Analyst supports the Global Credit & Collections organization focusing on invoice dispute analysis and resolution, global automated collections portfolio administration, process improvement, automation, and reporting. Responsibilities include analyzing dispute trends and root causes, partnering across departments to resolve disputes, administering a portfolio of approximately 600 lower-value, lower-risk accounts, driving process improvements and automation within the GetPaid Collections Module, evaluating AI tools, and providing reporting and analytical support to management. Requirements include a degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or Accounting; experience in accounts receivable, collections, or dispute management; strong analytical, communication, organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office; experience with FIS GetPaid or similar systems; experience supporting global portfolios; and familiarity with AI and automation tools. Analyze invoice disputes to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities to reduce recurring issues
Partner with departments across the CAO organization and Business Team to research and resolve Order to Cash (O2C) disputes

Explore and support the use of tools such as Claude and GetPaid capabilities, including Carla 2.0 and Carla Pro
Partner with C&C leadership and relevant teams to implement and sustain process improvements
Analyze dispute, collections, and automated collections data to provide reporting, insights, and trend analysis that support Credit & Collections management and drive performance improvements
Support ad hoc reporting and analytical requests as assigned
Requirements
Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience in accounts receivable, collections, dispute management, invoice research, or related financial operations
Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and regions
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
Experience with the FIS GetPaid Collections Module or similar collections, AR, or dispute management systems
Experience supporting global or multi-region account portfolios
Experience with process improvement, automation, or systems optimization
Familiarity with AI or automation tools used in collections, AR, or email management
