Full job description
Client Success Trainee role in Madrid supporting digital advertising campaign management, data collection and reporting, client and internal meetings, and collaboration with Sales and Operations for campaign delivery and optimization. Requires advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, data analysis tools proficiency, B2 English level, multicultural mindset, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn. What you'll do
- Support the day-to-day management of digital advertising campaigns to ensure smooth execution
- Collect and organise performance data to assist in the preparation of client reports
- Participate in internal and client meetings to better understand objectives and needs
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to support campaign delivery and optimisation
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and data analysis tools
- Good level of English (minimum B2)
- International and multicultural mindset, with an interest in working with global teams
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to suggest improvements and new ideas
