Maintain accurate account information, opportunities, and client activity across Salesforce and other internal tools (e.g., Slack, Jira), and uphold a consistently high customer satisfaction score across your portfolio
Requirements
4-6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, digital advertising, AdTech, media, or a similar client-facing role
Proven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts, driving client retention, upselling, and incremental revenue
Strong relationships with agencies and advertisers, ideally within the New York digital advertising ecosystem
Strong understanding of digital advertising and programmatic, including campaign strategy, measurement, privacy, and the broader AdTech ecosystem
Hands-on experience supporting or managing direct-sold and/or programmatic advertising campaigns
Good knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, and industry platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, LiveRamp, or similar technologies
Strong analytical skills, with experience using campaign data to identify insights, optimization opportunities, and strategic recommendations
Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Strong commercial mindset and the ability to identify growth opportunities while balancing client objectives and campaign performance
Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple strategic accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
