Full job description

Seeking a Client Success Lead with 10+ years in client-facing digital marketing roles to manage key agency relationships in the Turkish market. Responsibilities include driving growth through tailored strategies, managing agency portfolios, analyzing campaign data, providing technical support, and identifying upsell opportunities. Requires strong KPI-based campaign management skills, forecasting expertise, knowledge of the Turkish digital ecosystem, excellent relationship management, and analytical skills. What you'll do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to top agency clients, developing and executing tailored strategies to drive growth and scale campaigns
  • Build strong client relationships and uncover new business possibilities within existing book of business
  • Analyze campaign data to uncover actionable insights and create reports demonstrating platform value
  • Educate clients on best practices, new product features, and optimization strategies
  • Provide first-level technical support and collaborate with Ad Ops team to resolve complex issues
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving revenue growth
  • Conduct regular client meetings, QBRs, and agency roadshows with stakeholders including C-level executives
  • Spend dedicated time working from client offices and attend industry events to foster relationships
  • Advocate for agency partners within the organization to ensure their needs are met

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a results-driven, client-facing role within digital marketing, with a portfolio of successful brand case studies
  • Strong understanding of KPI-based campaign management and optimization, with a track record of exceeding client goals
  • Expertise in pipeline development and precise forecasting, driving predictable revenue growth
  • In-depth knowledge of the Turkish digital ecosystem and media agency landscape
  • Experience managing diverse agency portfolios, prioritizing clients based on potential and driving portfolio growth
  • Ability to identify and articulate opportunities for clients to achieve significant scale
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with ability to translate data into actionable insights and reports
  • Outstanding relationship management and customer-facing skills
  • Excellent technological skills or ability to quickly learn and master new technologies
