Full job description
The Client Services Partner, Advertiser Solutions supports Agency/Advertiser relationships on the PubMatic platform, managing accounts, reporting, deal implementation, and client expectations. Responsibilities include driving business goals, troubleshooting, optimization, strategic recommendations, and customer retention. Requires 3+ years in Account Management, Client Services, or Sales in AdTech, familiarity with programmatic ecosystem, proficiency in Excel, and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI). Strong presentation and negotiation skills needed. Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote) in New York.
