Full job description

The Client Services Partner, Advertiser Solutions supports Agency/Advertiser relationships on the PubMatic platform by managing accounts, implementing and monitoring deals, and fulfilling business needs to optimize publisher potential. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, reporting, optimization, strategic client recommendations, and maintaining strong client relationships. Requires 3+ years customer-facing experience in AdTech account management, client services, or sales, familiarity with programmatic ecosystem, knowledge of buying/selling models, proficiency in Excel, and data visualization skills (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI). Strong presentation and negotiation skills needed. Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote). What you'll do

  • Support Agency/Advertiser relationships within the PubMatic platform
  • Work with internal and external teams to fulfill business needs and optimize potential for publishers
  • Reporting, general account management, deal implementation and monitoring
  • Manage terms and expectations for new and existing clients
  • Drive business goals and help clients exceed KPIs
  • Troubleshooting and reporting
  • Optimization best practices
  • Provide strategic recommendations to existing clients to help upsell and drive incremental revenue growth
  • Retain customers by providing world-class customer service
  • Demonstrate PubMatic value to clients using strong understanding of PubMatic’s tech and media solutions/products
  • Be a trusted point of contact for clients and internal teams ensuring timely responses

Requirements

  • Three plus years applicable customer facing experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Sales roles in the AdTech industry
  • Exposure to and familiarity with Programmatic eco-system and industry
  • Knowledge of programmatic buying and selling including pricing models, optimization tactics, audience trends and buying technologies
  • Proficiency in Excel with ability to convey data and analysis to drive business
  • Data Visualization experience with tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI are a plus
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
