Full job description
Tatari is seeking a Client Services Manager to act as a trusted advisor to agencies and clients, driving account growth through data-driven insights and collaboration. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, partnering with Media Buying teams, mastering the Tatari platform, analyzing campaign data, presenting performance reviews, and maintaining agency relationships. Requires 2+ years in post-sales account management or client success, strong knowledge of linear and streaming TV advertising, excellent data storytelling and presentation skills, and comfort working across engineering and marketing teams. Bonus skills include digital marketing, programmatic buying, advanced Excel, and data visualization. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in San Francisco with a salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 annually and additional benefits.
What you'll do
- Serve as primary contact and strategic advisor to agency and client partners
- Partner weekly with Media Buying to scale TV campaigns and troubleshoot performance issues
