Full job description

The Client Services Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts with strong relationship management, campaign execution, and performance optimization. The role includes end-to-end campaign delivery, client satisfaction, and retention support, working autonomously and collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and other teams. Focus is on the German market. Key responsibilities include client onboarding, campaign launches, managing and optimizing programmatic campaigns, monitoring performance, and delivering client training and reporting. Requirements include fluent German (C1+), 2-3 years experience in client-facing roles related to account management, ad operations or customer success, knowledge of digital advertising and programmatic media, and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred experience includes programmatic advertising ecosystems, 3rd party ad servers, ad verification tools, and tag management systems.
