Full job description

Client Services Intern role in the UK & Nordics team at Ogury. Responsibilities include trafficking campaigns, monitoring campaign performance, building forecasts, collaborating with Sales, analyzing campaigns, preparing reports, and improving processes. Requirements include enthusiasm for digital advertising, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, strong analytical and communication skills, multitasking ability, proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and fluency in English and Spanish. The position offers a hybrid working model with three office days per week, holiday and leave allowance, and access to physical and mental health resources.

What you'll do

  • Traffic new and existing campaigns and assets in internal platform
  • Monitor campaign pacing, performance and make optimisation recommendations
  • Build campaign forecasts and serve as main point of contact for campaign extensions and renewals
  • Collaborate with Sales team to provide seamless service to clients
  • Analyse campaigns and build insightful Post-Campaign Reports
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reporting for clients
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and efficiencies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Design and Finance

Requirements

  • Understanding and enthusiasm for digital advertising, marketing or ad tech
  • Proficiency with Excel / PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Eagerness to learn new skills within the industry
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
