Full job description

The Client Services Associate will develop growth strategies and recommendations for client websites to achieve personalization and optimization goals. This hybrid role based in New York City reports to the Director of Client Services and collaborates with Product, UX design, Technical Account Management, Data Analytics, and Marketing teams. Responsibilities include managing strategy, campaign execution, data insights, client renewals, relationship building, and performance reporting. Requires 2-4 years of client management or sales experience in e-commerce or MarTech, strong understanding of digital marketing and marketing technology, campaign reporting experience, quantitative skills, and effective communication. Salary range is $56,000 to $84,000 annually.

What you'll do

  • Own strategy, campaign execution, and data insights for client portfolio
  • Identify and manage commercial expansion opportunities
  • Manage client renewal process including commercial negotiation and contract finalization
  • Build strong relationships with key client decision-makers and influencers
  • Develop strategic roadmaps to enable client satisfaction, growth, and trust
  • Become the client’s trusted advisor
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reviews with key metrics and recommendations
  • Responsible for client reporting, analysis, and insights
  • Uncover insights from reports and make recommendations
  • Deliver consultative and creative solutions to meet client marketing needs
  • Facilitate day-to-day account management internally and externally

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of client management or sales experience in e-commerce or MarTech
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and marketing technology
  • Experience with campaign reporting and business review
  • Strong quantitative background with analytic tools and techniques
  • Effective communication across multiple organizational levels
  • Ability to work well in a team and highly collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at decision maker level
