Full job description
OpenAI Ads Solutions team seeks a senior sales professional to drive advertising revenue growth in the Spanish market. The role involves owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, developing long-term commercial partnerships, and collaborating cross-functionally to support complex deals. Requires 10+ years in performance or digital marketing or client-facing strategy, 3+ years advising executives, fluency in Spanish and English, experience with revenue targets and complex deal negotiation, strong communication skills, and ability to operate in fast-changing environments. Based in Dublin with a hybrid work model (3 days in office) and relocation assistance provided.
What you'll do
- Prospect, qualify, and close new advertising opportunities, leading the full sales cycle from initial engagement through contract execution
- Own and achieve a defined revenue target within an assigned territory or vertical
