Merkle, a dentsu company, seeks a senior Client Partner to drive measurable and sustainable growth through trusted strategic client relationships. The role involves owning growth across a portfolio of strategic clients, identifying and shaping demand early, developing qualified pipelines, and mobilizing company resources to achieve client outcomes. Responsibilities include building senior client relationships, maintaining expert knowledge of client industries and market trends, developing and executing growth strategies, managing deal progression, identifying new opportunities, and leading a high-performing team. The candidate must have 12+ years of experience in client or relationship-led growth leadership within consulting, technology, digital transformation, CX, marketing technology, or agency environments, with proven success in account growth and revenue expansion. Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, relationship building, and leadership skills are required. This is a full-time permanent role based in London with hybrid working. Requirements
12+ years’ experience in client or relationship-led growth leadership within consulting, technology, digital transformation, CX, marketing technology or agency environments
Proven track record of building trusted, long-term client relationships resulting in substantial account growth and revenue expansion
Credibility with director, executive and VP-level stakeholders with judgement to navigate complex stakeholder environments
Strong understanding of technology-enabled business transformation and the modern marketing, data and customer experience landscape
Demonstrable commercial acumen, ownership and experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and solutions
Track record of bringing new solution approaches to market or innovating within major client relationships
Commercial acumen including understanding business models, profitability, value creation, forecasting and disciplined pipeline management
Relationship building skills to build rapport quickly, earn trust through insight and integrity
Strategic thinking to connect market trends, customer challenges and company capability to create compelling growth stories and business cases
Collaboration and self-awareness to lead where adding value, support where others lead, welcome feedback and bring people together
Resilience and accountability to operate proactively within strategic direction, take ownership of outcomes and adapt quickly to change
