Full job description
Kevel is seeking an Ad Operations & Yield Manager to manage campaign execution, inventory monetization, and performance reporting for retailer-run media programs on the Kevel platform. This full-time, remote role based in the United Kingdom requires 3 to 7 years of experience in ad operations or yield management, proficiency with ad servers, retail media platforms, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools. Responsibilities include end-to-end campaign trafficking, QA, monitoring delivery, yield optimization, reporting, analytics, and managing retailer and supplier relationships. The role demands strong organizational skills, communication, and an AI/automation-first mindset. Salary range is £40,000 - £55,000. What you'll do
Own end-to-end campaign trafficking for supplier-funded campaigns from IO receipt through launch, pacing, and wrap-up
QA all creative assets and targeting parameters to ensure accurate and timely campaign launches

Monitor daily in-flight delivery across multiple retailer accounts and resolve pacing issues

Contribute to enablement materials, best practice guides, and self-serve resources
Requirements
3 to 7 years of experience in ad operations, yield management, or a closely related role at a digital media company, ad tech platform, or retail media network
Hands-on experience with ad servers and retail media platforms
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar) a plus
Retail media experience (on-site sponsored products, display, or off-site) strongly preferred
Familiarity with the retailer/supplier dynamic
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns across multiple retailer accounts simultaneously
Clear communicator adaptable to different stakeholders
Hands-on experience with analysis tasks leveraging modern AI tools
Experience driving better results for sales and operations teams, demonstrating accountability in yield management
SQL or basic scripting experience is a plus but not required
