Full job description

The Client Insights Analyst owns client engagement, drives adoption, and delivers strategic insights using Comscore’s syndicated data products. This fully remote role supports international markets across APAC outside India. Responsibilities include understanding Comscore products and methodology, analyzing and validating data, developing reports and dashboards, delivering client trainings, and managing client relationships. The role requires 4-6 years experience in client insights, servicing, success, analytics, or research within publishing, media, advertising, or digital analytics. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Power BI, and CRM tools are essential. The candidate must be able to work independently in a remote setup, communicate effectively, and collaborate cross-functionally.

What you'll do

  • Develop and demonstrate advanced understanding of Comscore’s syndicated product portfolio, including digital, social, and Custom Solutions
  • Explain Comscore methodology, data nuances, limitations, and use-cases to clients
  • Address client questions related to data, methodology, and reporting
  • Work independently with internal tools and processes such as Jira, iCRF, DMI tools, QAT, AMT
  • Act as a product subject-matter resource within the team
  • Lead pulling, analysis, and validation of data for assigned client accounts
  • Develop high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Word
  • Drive insight-led storytelling to help clients understand data implications
  • Design and deliver client trainings and enablement sessions aligned to client business objectives
  • Apply understanding of digital performance metrics, user behavior, and media measurement frameworks
  • Leverage tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI to interpret performance trends
  • Understand website tagging fundamentals and their impact on measurement and reporting
  • Own proactive client engagement for assigned accounts using data insights
  • Serve as primary day-to-day contact for clients on reporting, insights, and data queries
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Slack, or internal systems
  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc client reports with a strategic, consultative lens
  • Manage user access, credentials, and subscriptions per contractual agreements
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate data or delivery issues ensuring timely resolution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Client Services, Commercial, Product, and Operations teams
  • Communicate client feedback, data challenges, and product needs clearly and actionably
  • Partner with Commercial teams to support renewals, expansions, and client success
  • Mentor and support Associate-level team members in client interactions and data interpretation
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-ownership team culture in a fully remote environment

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — Excel (advanced formulas, pivots, charts), PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis, investigations, and working with large datasets
  • Strong familiarity with analytics and data visualization tools, including Google Analytics and Microsoft Power BI
  • Solid understanding of the digital advertising, publishing, and media measurement ecosystem
  • Highly collaborative, relationship-oriented, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote setup
  • Curious, adaptable, and motivated to stay current with industry trends and evolving client needs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Communications, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of relevant work experience in Client Insights, Client Servicing, Client Success, Analytics, or Research
  • Prior experience in the Publishing, Media, Advertising, or Digital Analytics industry
  • Comfortable with internet technologies, digital platforms, and a basic understanding of how online measurement works
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships, collaborate across teams, and communicate effectively in a remote, global environment
