Full job description
Chief of Staff to the CEO reporting directly to the CEO. Responsible for driving cross-functional strategic initiatives, orchestrating executive governance, and ensuring effective information flow, decision-making, and execution across the company. Key duties include managing executive governance and operating rhythm, driving strategy execution, aligning leadership, and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Requires strategic mindset, experience in global tech companies undergoing transformation, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to influence senior leaders. The role is hybrid and full-time based in New York. What you'll do
- Orchestrate executive governance and strategic planning, including meeting preparation, agenda shaping, decision capture, and action tracking
- Design and run leadership touchpoints, offsites, and forums to keep enterprise priorities visible and moving
- Ensure seamless information flow between CEO, LT, ELT, and other key stakeholders for clear and speedy decisions
- Drive execution of company priorities and major cross-functional strategic initiatives on behalf of the CEO
- Translate strategy into actionable plans, surface risks and misalignment early, and maintain momentum on critical workstreams
- Prioritize and synthesize complex information into clear recommendations, decision points, and executive-ready materials
- Act as an air traffic controller and ambassador across senior stakeholders to align perspectives and remove friction
- Support engagement and governance across LT, ELT, and Strategy Committee through structured communications and operating mechanisms
- Represent the CEO’s office in internal and external forums with sound judgment and credibility
- Anticipate CEO and leadership needs, protect executive bandwidth, and reduce operational noise
- Serve as a stabilizing force during periods of change, leadership transition, or enterprise transformation
- Build structure, governance, and follow-through mechanisms to improve cross-functional decision quality and accountability
Requirements
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to connect CEO vision to enterprise execution
- Experience in global tech companies with significant transformations required
- Highly autonomous and effective in ambiguity, with the judgment to handle sensitive topics with discretion and integrity
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear direction
- Comfortable influencing senior leaders and operating across functions without direct authority
- Structured, proactive, and execution-oriented; able to move fluidly from strategic framing to operational follow-through
- Trusted partner who can challenge constructively, align stakeholders, and keep teams focused on enterprise outcomes
