What you'll do

• Monitor campaign performance, identify underperforming areas, and escalate complex cases
• Support strategy development by gathering insights and collaborating on improvement initiatives
• Oversee implementation of campaign recommendations to drive performance
• Develop tailored action plans to address campaign challenges
• Provide recommendations for campaign improvements and support teams in adopting best practices
• Identify patterns in campaign issues, escalate broader challenges, and collaborate with HQ
• Collect and share insights on market-specific Attribution Models, methodologies, and practices
• Streamline campaign integration processes to prevent common issues and ensure a seamless experience

Requirements

• Proven track record in optimizing campaigns with strong business, product, and operational acumen
• Proficiency in data analysis to identify underperformance and recommend impactful solutions
• Experience in managing project tasks, including monitoring and documentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Fluent spoken and written English, Italian nice to have
• Proven ability to work effectively across teams, acting as a vital link between the Campaign Performance Improvement Center (CPIC) and local market teams
• Mindset geared toward driving consistent improvements and sharing insights
