Criteo is seeking a mid-level Campaign Manager for Retail Media EMEA based in Barcelona with a hybrid work model. The role involves managing a book of business, optimizing campaigns, working with retailer teams for inventory recommendations, pulling reports, monitoring campaign health, troubleshooting with technical teams, and running weekly stakeholder calls. Candidates should have campaign management experience, be flexible, self-motivated, able to prioritize multiple projects, work well in teams across departments, and thrive in a fast-moving environment. What you'll do

  • Manage a book of business balancing client goals and objectives
  • Work with retailer team for inventory recommendations to maximize campaign booked revenue
  • Optimize campaigns and propose strategies to meet or exceed customer performance goals
  • Pull basic reporting to supplement strategic recommendations
  • Monitor health of campaigns and work with technical services to troubleshoot issues
  • Run weekly status calls with stakeholders providing performance and pacing strategies

Requirements

  • Campaign Manager experience
  • Flexible and quick-thinking individual able to troubleshoot both within the team and outside of the team
  • Self-motivated individual willing to think outside the box & role to generate results and growth for the team
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects of varying importance, deadlines, and complexity
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
  • Ability to work with and across multiple teams including Sales, Account Management, Sales Operations, Product, AdOps, Technical Services
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving company and industry
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong will to succeed
