Full job description

The Campaign Manager is responsible for the successful implementation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple brands. Collaborate with internal UK Account Strategy and external high-spending Performance Media clients. Provide custom support for largest clients with the Senior Account Strategist. Manage client communication including weekly calls and QBRs. Deliver operational, efficient, and accurate campaign recommendations and lead execution. Handle first-level client reporting and short-term optimizations. Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, targeting, tactics, and creative to meet client objectives. Offer strategic recommendations to drive revenue and product expansion. Implement ad campaigns technically with client KPIs in mind. Manage inventory and custom reporting. Lead new campaign launches. Evaluate, analyze, and troubleshoot campaigns, anticipate seasonality trends, and address ongoing issues. Use insights from data sources to inform recommendations and strategy. Manage internal administrative tasks and attend trainings to develop skills. Fluency in English required. Strong communication, project management, influencing skills, and proactive approach needed. What you'll do

  • Ensure successful implementation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across several brands
  • Collaborate with internal UK Account Strategy and external high-spending Performance Media clients
  • Provide custom support for largest clients in collaboration with Senior Account Strategist
  • Proactive client communication including weekly calls and QBRs
  • Provide operational, efficient & accurate campaign delivery recommendations and lead execution
  • Lead first-level client response for reporting and short-term optimizations
  • Monitor performance, often on 3rd party attribution
  • End-to-end optimisation of campaign budgets, targeting, tactics, and creative
  • Offer strategic recommendations to drive revenue & product expansion
  • Technical implementation of ad campaigns with clients’ KPIs in mind
  • Inventory management and custom reporting for clients
  • Lead execution on new campaign launches
  • Proactively evaluate, analyse & troubleshoot campaigns and anticipate seasonality trends
  • Take insights from various data sources to inform campaign recommendations and strategy
  • House updates on new solutions & contacts
  • Internal administrative tasks: submit, request & follow up with support teams
  • Attend trainings to develop skills

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to build strategies and action plans with both a '1 to many' and '1 to 1' approach
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders (internally & externally)
