Full job description

The Campaign Manager is responsible for implementing and executing digital advertising campaigns across multiple brands. Collaborate with internal UK Account Strategy and external high-spending Performance Media clients in the UK market. Key duties include client support, communication, campaign delivery, performance monitoring, optimization, strategic recommendations, technical implementation, inventory management, reporting, troubleshooting, and internal coordination. Requirements include fluency in English, strategic planning, stakeholder management, strong communication and influencing skills, and project management. What you'll do

  • Support Criteo Performance Media’s largest clients in collaboration with Senior Account Strategist
  • Proactive client communication including weekly calls and QBRs
  • Provide operational, efficient & accurate campaign delivery recommendations
  • Lead first-level client response for reporting and short-term optimizations
  • Monitor campaign performance, often using 3rd party attribution
  • End-to-end optimization of campaign budgets, targeting, tactics, and creative
  • Offer strategic recommendations to drive revenue & product expansion
  • Technical implementation of ad campaigns with clients’ KPIs in mind
  • Inventory management and custom reporting for clients
  • Lead execution on new campaign launches
  • Proactively evaluate, analyze & troubleshoot campaigns
  • Take insights from various data sources to inform campaign recommendations
  • House updates on new solutions & contacts
  • Internal administrative tasks and coordination with support teams
  • Attend trainings to develop skills

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to build strategies and action plans with both a “1 to many” and “1to1” approach
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders (internally & externally)
  • Great understanding of clients’ and team’s needs
  • Stay in touch with industry evolutions and standards
