Full job description

Internship role in Campaign Management team supporting digital advertising campaigns for Performance Media EMEA clients. Responsibilities include client support, campaign monitoring, optimization, reporting, budget and technical setup reviews, internal coordination with support teams, identifying optimization opportunities, improving tools and processes, and attending trainings. Requirements include fluency in German and English, prior internship experience in sales/client service preferably in tech, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, ability to multitask and work in dynamic environment, passion for new media, and eligibility to sign a 6-month internship contract in Spain. What you'll do

  • Support Performance Media EMEA’s highest spending clients with Campaign Manager and Account Strategist
  • Monitor, optimize & report campaign performances to advertisers and media agencies
  • End-to-end optimization of campaign budgets, technical set-ups reviews, and creative reviews
  • Submit, request & follow up with support teams (Finance, Data Analysts, Technical Solutions, Creative Designers, Go-to-Market/Product team)
  • Identify optimization opportunities within current business portfolio
  • Contribute to improving tools and internal processes including automation and campaign health checks
  • Attend trainings including onboarding and team lead support for development and coaching

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
  • Completed an internship in sales and client service, ideally in a tech-related field
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Strong knowledge of all core MS Office applications
  • Business sense to handle multitasking environment with prioritization
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment
  • Passion for new media, internet trends and continual learning
  • Able to sign an internship contract in Spain for 6 months
