Full job description

The Campaign Manager EMEA is responsible for the successful implementation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple brands. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and high-spending performance media clients in Spain and Italy from campaign planning to post-campaign reporting and analysis. Key duties include client support in collaboration with Senior Account Strategist, proactive client communication, campaign delivery and optimization, performance monitoring, strategic recommendations, technical implementation, inventory management, troubleshooting, and administrative tasks. Candidates must be fluent in English, have strong communication, influencing, and project management skills, and be proactive. What you'll do

  • Support for Criteo Performance Media’s largest clients in collaboration with Senior Account Strategist
  • Proactive client communication including weekly calls and QBRs
  • Provide operational, efficient & accurate campaign delivery recommendations
  • Lead first-level client response for reporting and short-term optimizations
  • Monitor performance, often on 3rd party attribution
  • End-to-end optimisation of campaign budgets, targeting, tactics, creative
  • Offer strategic recommendations to drive revenue & product expansion
  • Technical implementation of ad campaigns with clients’ KPI’s in mind
  • Inventory management and custom reporting for clients
  • Lead execution on new campaign launches
  • Evaluate, analyse & troubleshoot campaigns, anticipate seasonality trends
  • Take insights from various data sources to inform campaign recommendations
  • House updates on new solutions & contacts
  • Internal administrative tasks with support teams
  • Attend trainings to develop skills

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to build strategies and action plans with both a '1 to many' and '1to1' approach
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders (internally & externally)
