Full job description
Teads is seeking a mid-level Campaign Manager to support the Sales organization by managing post-sale execution, building client relationships, and ensuring campaign success. Responsibilities include providing RFP strategy, creating client presentations and media plans, leading campaign kickoff calls, onboarding customers to the self-service platform, managing post-sale campaign setup and delivery, collaborating with internal teams, analyzing performance data, and driving incremental revenue. Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital media or AdTech, familiarity with ad servers, DSPs, Salesforce, strong time management, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. The role is full-time, hybrid, based in Chicago, with a salary range of $65,000 to $80,000 annually plus benefits.
What you'll do
- Provide RFP strategy and ensure consistent storytelling across departments
- Create client presentations, media plans, and forecasting
- Introduce new products strategically in line with commercial/operational guidelines
- Lead kickoff calls for campaign launches with client/agency stakeholders
- Assist in onboarding customers to self-service buying platform
- Work closely with Sales on pre-sale client needs and communication
- Be the lead point of contact for all client communication post-sale
- Lead preparation for campaign activation through clear communication
- Oversee post-sale process including campaign setup, pacing, delivery, incremental revenue generation, and post-campaign analysis
- Collaborate with Associate CM & Ad Ops team for screenshots, tagging, reporting, avails pulls, site list requests, and other tasks
- Analyze performance data to highlight key trends
- Plan and execute incremental revenue prospecting plans quarterly with Sales
- Help internal staff development through knowledge sharing
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience at a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP or AdTech company
- Understanding of tactical systems and processes (e.g., third party ad servers, verification vendor platforms, DSPs, Salesforce)
- Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Proven track record of exceptional time management
- High standards of quality and attention to detail
- Track record of meeting or surpassing ambitious goals in a fast-paced, competitive environment
