The Campaign Manager role is responsible for ensuring flawless campaign launches on time, on budget, and meeting client metrics. This includes managing the full operational lifecycle of IO and programmatic campaigns from pre-launch to delivery and performance reporting. Key tasks include campaign trafficking, line item setup, creative QA, pixel/tag troubleshooting, and managing programmatic deal types (PMP, PG, AG). The role requires proficiency with Google Ad Manager, third-party reporting and verification tools, and strong Excel skills. The candidate must identify and mitigate delivery risks, independently troubleshoot issues, coordinate with trading teams, and deliver accurate reports with actionable insights. Effective communication, operational precision, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment are essential. This is a remote, full-time position based in Singapore.

What you'll do

  • Ensure every campaign launches flawlessly — on time, on budget, and against client metrics
  • Own the full operational lifecycle of IO and programmatic campaigns from pre-launch build to delivery to performance reporting
  • Build, QA, and launch campaigns with accurate line item setup and zero budget overruns
  • Identify delivery risks early and proactively flag them to Client Services for real-time optimizations
  • Independently manage PMP, PG, and AG deal setup, troubleshoot DSP/SSP issues, and coordinate with external trading teams
  • Deliver accurate, on-time 1st and 3rd party reports with actionable performance narratives
  • Diagnose and resolve creative, pixel, and trafficking issues independently and manage tickets to closure
  • Maintain clean, well-documented campaign structures even under high volume
  • Communicate pacing or delivery risks early with specificity
  • Manage multiple live campaigns accurately and adapt quickly to shifting priorities

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM) — campaign trafficking, line item setup, creative QA, and pixel/tag troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in 3rd party reporting and verification tools (GCM, Moat, DV, IAS, or equivalent)
  • Working knowledge of programmatic deal types — PMP, PG, AG, header bidding, and server-to-server
  • Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, large dataset manipulation, and chart-making
  • Ability to read performance data and translate it into actionable optimization recommendations
  • Experience managing competing deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced ad operations environment
  • Exposure to additional ad servers or DSP/SSP platforms beyond GAM (preferred)
  • Familiarity with ticketing and project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar) (preferred)
