Nexxen is seeking a hands-on Campaign Manager based in Tel Aviv. The role involves setting up, managing, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns on Nexxen’s DSP focusing on performance, user acquisition, and client KPIs. Responsibilities include managing campaigns across mobile, CTV, video, display, and app inventory, optimizing toward KPIs like CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, registrations, purchases, and LTV, analyzing performance, troubleshooting delivery and attribution issues, and collaborating with sales, product, data, and technical teams. Requirements include 2+ years experience in programmatic trading, campaign management, ad operations, or performance marketing; hands-on DSP and programmatic buying tools experience; strong analytical skills; understanding of MMPs and attribution; ability to optimize campaigns; strong attention to detail; good communication skills; fluent English; familiarity with SKAN and privacy-safe measurement; experience with gaming, sports, fintech, subscription, entertainment, or e-commerce apps; and basic SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools skills.
