Full job description
Internship role within the Campaign Management team in Dubai reporting to Senior Campaign Manager. Responsibilities include reviewing video and display creative assets, validating tracking tags, executing campaign setups, monitoring delivery pacing, identifying bottlenecks, drafting optimization recommendations, supporting Sales with pre-sales requests, coordinating with publishers, and building performance reports. Requires current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics or related field, valid UAE residency, NOC authorization, fluent English, spreadsheet skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and pivot tables, and strong attention to detail. Nice-to-have experience in digital marketing or ad tech, familiarity with advertising metrics, and Arabic proficiency. Hybrid work modality (3 days office, 2 days remote). Monthly compensation 4,800 AED including allowances. No visa sponsorship provided.
