Full job description
Junior Campaign Management Coordinator role supporting execution, delivery, and optimisation of managed service campaigns under CX Managers. Responsibilities include campaign setup, QA, launch, monitoring, optimisation, and reporting validation. Requires 1-2 years experience in Ad Operations or Campaign Management with hands-on digital campaign execution knowledge (display, video, programmatic). Familiarity with DSPs, ad servers, and measurement tools preferred. Must manage multiple campaigns, communicate proactively, and work cross-functionally. Role is hybrid based in Manchester.
What you'll do
- Assist in end-to-end setup, QA, launch, monitoring, and optimisation of managed service campaigns
- Ensure campaigns align with media plans, IOs, client objectives, and platform best practices
- Conduct QA checks on budgets, targeting, flight dates, and creative implementation
