Full job description

As a Campaign Analyst, you will build and execute digital campaigns aligned with client strategies, configuring settings, creative assets, and audience targeting. Collaborate with internal teams to define implementation strategies, communicate status, resolve errors, and troubleshoot issues. Manage campaigns across platforms including display banners, mobile apps, CTV/OTT/OLV, and native formats. Traffic creative assets into ad servers, ensure proper configuration, and address errors before activation. Evaluate workflows for efficiency improvements and automation. Monitor campaign ticket queues and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Assist with documentation of tag specifications and process workflows. Requires 4+ years experience in ad operations or trafficking, proficiency with ad-serving platforms, DSPs, CMS, and strong data analysis skills. Experience with JavaScript, SQL, HTML5, and debugging tools like Chrome DevTools or Fiddler is a plus. Strong communication, time management, adaptability, and problem-solving skills are essential.

  • Construct detailed decision trees and audience targeting rules
  • Traffic creative assets into proprietary ad-server ensuring proper configuration and scheduling
  • Identify and address errors in campaign setup prior to activation
  • Troubleshoot issues related to creative assets, third-party tags, personalization scripting, audience targeting, and impression discrepancies
  • Evaluate workflow processes and recommend improvements
  • Monitor campaign ticketing queue and prioritize tasks
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams to ensure timely campaign launches
  • Assist with documentation and maintenance of tag specs, product requirements, and workflows

Requirements

  • Proven experience (4+ years) managing digital campaigns in ad operations or ad trafficking role
  • Proficiency in executing digital campaigns in ad-serving platforms, DSPs or Content Management Systems
  • Strong ability to analyze data and trends
  • Experience with JavaScript, SQL, and HTML5 is considered an asset
  • Familiarity with web inspection and debugging tools such as Chrome DevTools, or Fiddler
  • Highly independent in both work and learning
  • Proven communication skills bridging technical and non-technical teams
  • Effective time management and planning skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to take on new campaigns and advertisers with little notice or training

  • Innovative thinking and ability to develop effective solutions quickly in high-pressure situations
